Feedback
( 20 January 2006 12:30pm )
Feedback from the community is always welcome.
Staff view all forms of feedback as a chance to improve services, and positive feedback is always welcomed by the staff as they then know they are meeting the needs of their clients.
Complaint forms are available from the hospital and on the website. Every complaint is acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and an investigation report is undertaken to be given back to the person who has lodged a complaint within 7 days.

( 20 January 2006 12:29pm )
The Friends of the Pinnaroo Hospital have been a very active group since 1946. Unfortunately at present this group is in recess due to dwindling numbers of volunteers to keep the group going.
The group still manange to hold occasional functions such as running the Pinnaroo Thrift Shop for a term to raise money for the hospital.
If anyone would like to join this group please contact Di Thornton on 08 85779222.
