We had a rich network working in Victoria for a while but the pressures of work and time limitations have not allowed us to keep this as fresh as we would have liked. But there is no reason why a SA, Vic, NSW and Tasmanian group meeting every two years may not be better than one state alone.
The model is very different in Victoria as the MPS heath services are stand alone with independent Boards and CEO's. A luxury which seems to have got lost in the ether of time in other states but seems to be raising its head in terms of commonwealth chatter prior to this election. It may be an appropriate time for the MPS model to have a relook as in Victoria we do exist in the proposed mangment model the Commonwealth may seek to expand.
I am interested to keep in touch and I will bring this site up with all the other Vic MPS sites.
